Do you only see female clients?

No! We see teens (12+), women, parents, partners of perinatal population, and couples (this includes LGBTQIA+).

Do you offer in-person or virtual therapy?

Both! We offer in-person sessions at our Kansas City office, and we also see clients virtually across Missouri and Kansas through secure telehealth.

Do you offer EMDR therapy?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is one of the trauma-informed approaches we use to support clients healing from birth trauma, PTSD, and complex trauma. We can talk more during your consult about whether EMDR might be a good fit for your story.

Do you support birth trauma?

Yes. We specialize in perinatal mental health and offer a nonjudgmental space to work through rage, grief, anxiety, and trauma. You are not broken—you’re overwhelmed, and you deserve care that meets you where you are.

Is it too late to get help postpartum?

It’s never too late. Whether you're two months or two years postpartum, the weight you’re carrying is REAL and we’re here to help lighten it.

I’ve had a miscarriage. Do you work with loss and infertility?

Absolutely. You are not alone in your grief. We work with many women and couples navigating miscarriage, fertility challenges, and reproductive trauma. It’s a space where your experience will be honored without judgment.

Do you only offer mental health therapy?

Yes! We currently only offer mental health services but we hope to continue to grow to be a home for healing women in all areas of life.

What’s your self-pay rate?

Accepted Answer

All counseling appointments last for 50 minutes and are offered at $150 per session. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and most HSA/FSA cards. We also offer sliding scale fee's as needed. We can provide you with a SUPERBILL for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if you have out of network coverage.

We also offer discreet package and monthly payment options. If you're curious, reach out—we’d love to explore what might work best for your situation.
